Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our work and the labor-intensive hand-finishing process, Density Studio does not accept returns or offer monetary refunds.
When you purchase an artifact from us, you are commissioning a piece of limited-edition decor. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or slight variations in texture/finish, which are inherent to the hand-manufacturing process.
Damages & Replacements
We engineer our packaging to withstand rigorous transit conditions. However, in the unlikely event that your object arrives broken or significantly damaged, we will provide a free replacement.
We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items; only a replacement of the exact same model.
Mandatory: Proof of Damage
To protect our studio from fraudulent claims, we require the following to process a replacement:

Unboxing Video (Crucial): You must record a video while opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed box being cut open and the condition of the product inside.

Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Photos: Clear photos of the damaged area and the outer packaging box.

Timeline: You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Claim: Email your video and photos to contact@densitystudio.in with your Order Number in the subject line. If approved, we will ship a replacement unit to you within 3-5 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the shipping label is generated or the finishing process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable after multiple attempts by the courier, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipping fee of ₹150 will be applicable to dispatch the item again. We do not refund refused orders.
